How do i find the perfect fit ?
Open the “Fit & Size” tab located below each product description on our website to view a detailed size chart with precise measurements. Each chart provides specific dimensions for each product, allowing you to measure yourself or compare with items in your wardrobe.
Please note, suit trousers come in extra-long lengths to accommodate future alterations. For more details, explore our alteration services [here].
If you need a different size, you can easily exchange your product for free through our return and exchange process.
Can i Order suits with individually sized trousers and suit jacket ?
Certainly, our suits offer the possibility of getting the jacket and trousers in separate sizes. Browse our Mix & Match suiting here. Alternatively, you can customize a suit, as well as include an additional pair of trousers or add a matching waistcoat, with Custom Made. Choose from hundreds of premium Italian fabrics and simply specify your size and fit details. Learn more.
How do i return or exchange an item ?
Should any Suitsupply product not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for a different size or return it within 30 days from delivery for a full refund.
Returns and exchanges are free with the shipping label provided.
To arrange a refund or exchange, find your order under “My Account” and select the product(s) that you wish to return or exchange. You can then schedule a (free) carrier pick-up service or arrange to drop off the product(s) yourself at a store or drop-off point.
Your refund will be issued once the item has been received. Please allow a few days as shipping and bank transfer times may vary.
Do i need an appointment to visit you ?
While walk-ins are always welcome, we do encourage you to make an appointment to ensure there is minimal wait time and a dedicated associate will be available to attend to you.
